Chainarong Limvarapuss, M.D.

Dr. Limvarapuss, founder of Solano Hematology Oncology  (Vallejo) and Cancer Treatment Center of Vacaville, is Board Certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine. He attended medical school at Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand, where he graduated with honors. After his internship at St. Luke's Hospital in New York, New York, he completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. His fellowship in Hematology/Oncology was completed at the Karmanos Cancer Institute, Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, which is an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center.

Among his professional interests are the treatment of breast, colon and lung cancers, solid tumors and hematologic malignancies and non-malignant blood disorders. He is the President of Solano Hematology Oncology
and the Vice Chief of Medicine  at Sutter Solano Medical Center. He is also actively involved in clinical research to continue the advancement of Medical Oncology within his practice and as the Clinical Trials Medical Director   for the Sutter Solano Cancer Center. He also has varying affiliations with other Bay Area hospitals such as NorthBay Medical Center
and VacaValley Hospital.


His personal interests include gardening, cooking, and pursuing continued physical fitness. He acknowledges the relationship between spiritual and physical well-being and their role in healing and continued good health.


Dr. Limvarapuss was voted the Honorary Chair of the American Cancer Society, Solano County, in 2011. He continues to be a major supporter of their efforts to fight cancer and support
survivors.


Dr. Limvarapuss is fluent in English and Thai and speaks some Japanese and Chinese.


Ann Wexler, M.D.

Dr. Wexler  is  Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology. First achieving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Biological Psychology, Dr. Wexler went on to complete her medical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. She followed that with her Internal Medicine Residency in New York’s St. Vincent’s Hospital and her Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at their highly-acclaimed Comprehensive Cancer Center. 

Since then, she has gained a decade of experience treating patients in the San Francisco Bay Area within the John Muir Concord and Walnut Creek campuses and the Sutter Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, Oakland, before joining us to continue the fight against cancer in Solano County.

With interest in all types of cancer, she has a large group of patients who have followed her wherever she has gone. Her vibrant energy and amazing skills are a blessing to her patients and the community.

She will be primarily seeing patients in our Vallejo office inside the  Sutter Solano Cancer Center  and has privileges at local hospitals including Sutter Solano Medical Center and  Alta Bates Summit Medical Center.

Dr. Wexler is fluent in English and Español.



Dyanesh Ravindran, M.D.

Dr. Ravindran is board certified in Oncology and Hematology. After graduating from All-India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India, Dr.Ravindran moved to the United States to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Following his residency, he pursued a Hematology Oncology fellowship at the University of Colorado Denver.

With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Ravindran specializes in treating various malignancies and blood disorders. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Ravindran enjoys traveling and engaging in outdoor activities. He is a valued member of the Solano Hematology Oncology team.

He will be seeing patients in both of our Vallejo and Vacaville locations.




Michele Knudson, R.N., Lead Clinical Nurse

With over 15 years experience as a nurse and 12 years as an oncology nurse for Solano Hematology Oncology, Michele leads our team of highly skilled nurses. She received her training at Solano Community College and has experience also in acute care and emergency response. Certified in Chemotherapy and Biotherapy, Michele is an active member of the local  Oncology Nursing Society, Napa Valley chapter.

Michele works very hard to provide the best patient care possible. In her personal time, she enjoys a wide range of family activities and is a strong supporter of the San Francisco Giants.

With compassion and empathy, all of our skilled Registered Nurses are available to provide our wide range of chemotherapy, biotherapy, and immunotherapy IV treatments. They also assist the physicians with triage of urgent needs and add-on patient care, such as IV antibiotics and hydration.

Clinical Medical Assistants & Phlebotomists

Rounding out our Care Team, our Clinical Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists are available to meet your care needs. By aligning closely with several local schools, we have attained the best group of Clinical Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists available. With a high-degree of energy and compassion, you will encounter them throughout our office - from our Pharmacy to our Lab and the Clinic to the Infusion areas. They provide assistance to the physicians, nurses, and to you.
